Le PAL Park, a renowned French theme park, has teamed up with Triotech to introduce their first interactive media-based dark ride, Smash & Reload. With over 1,000 animals and 31 attractions, Le PAL stands out as a top leisure destination in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. Seeking to enhance its offerings and provide an all-weather indoor attraction, Le PAL chose Triotech and BoldMove’s expertise.
Smash & Reload is the result of a collaborative effort, combining 20 years of dark ride development experience. Designed by BoldMove CEO Benoit Cornet, the ride offers a perfect blend of interactivity, storytelling, and the captivating IP “TooMush” from the renowned French graphic studio Polymorph. Triotech’s ride system and interactivity technologies further elevate the experience.
“We choose this ride as we wanted to offer a new kind of attraction to our visitors. Champi’Folies is a true family experience that can be played between young children, parents and even grand parents. This type of ride can usually be only found in the big parks so we are pleased to offer this in a medium park to complement our offer. It is a pleasure to see that young and old enjoy this immersive experience side by side in a friendly competition. The attraction offers a seamless transition between the theme and animal park, re-energizing this park area with a weatherproof attraction.
